My favourite sound was actually killed off in the recent update to weapon sounds; it used to be the incredibly therapeutic crisp wooden "knock" of an arrow hitting a plant creature, to the point where I'd actually look forward to aggroing Life Pods and their ilk.

Now of course all the ranger arrow sounds are over-the-top generic SCHLUMPPTH noises, whatever you happen to be hitting.

The sound of the Irontooth Drakes when they die makes me sad,

they die so painfully!
I also like the music of all 3 campaigns too.

Bow attacks sound cool...but Shield of Deflection is nice also.

Pretty much all of Jeremy Soule's rather fantastic score... that and the fanfare of getting the mission + bonus at the end of a mission in Prophecies.

Actually, music-wise, the tunes you get in Grenth's Footprint and some of the Nightfall 'battle songs' are probably my faves.

The quest Hungry Devourers in Beacon's Perch. When you feed Joe the devourer all ten Succelent Juniper Meats in one go, it makes the quest updated noise, but TEN times louder.

I really like the sound of Toxic Chill. I was quite underwhelmed, however, when I captured Wail of Doom. I guess I expected it to sound like, well, a Wail of Doom.
